You accept that your personal data will be only kept for the time needed to organize and manage the event (5 months after collection) and is only accessed by the Communication Team members of L’Oréal S.A. as well as the verified provider in charge of this platform.

Section 2: Communication Rules

L'OREAL is not an official partner of Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games:

• I acknowledge, on my own behalf and on behalf of the person of my choice attending this event, object of the present invitation, that we will not, in any way, by any means and on any support, associate neither ourselves, individually or collectively, nor L’OREAL, on the one hand, with the IOC, the NOCs, the COJO, the 2024 Olympic Games and the 2024 Paralympic Games on the other hand;
• I acknowledge, on my own behalf and on behalf of the person of my choice, attending this event, object of the present invitation, that the Olympic and Paralympic Properties - as defined below - remain respectively the exclusive property of IOC, the NOCs and the COJO.The Olympic and Paralympic Properties refer to all rights related to Olympic and Paralympic Games including PARIS 2024 (i.e. on a non-exhaustive basis, all trademarks, trade names, slogans, logos, designs as well as other assets such as Olympic and Paralympic symbols, mascots, medals, flame and torch, mottos such as “Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together”, official images of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, PARIS 2024 trademarks, PARIS 2024 Olympic and Paralympic emblems, "look and feel" of the 2024 Olympic Games and 2024 Paralympic Games).

Consequently, as a guest, I must not:

• use any Olympic or Paralympic Property, either directly or indirectly, on any support, for any purpose whatsoever;
• develop any marketing, promotional or communication contents by creating commercial association, either direct or indirect with the Olympic and Paralympic Games;
• mention / tag L’OREAL or members of L’OREAL, on any support, for any purpose whatsoever.

I commit that the person of my choice, attending this event, object of the present invitation, will comply with these obligations.
